Shipping Policy

  • All orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving payment. We offer standard shipping options for all orders.

  • Shipping rates in Canada for one bottle of sauce are $10.

  • If you purchase TWO 8oz bottles, the shipping is the same $10 flat rate.

  • Customers will be provided with a tracking number for their order.

Return Policy

  • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all hot sauce products.

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Once we receive the returned product, we will process a refund for the full purchase price.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Note: In case of any damage or leakage in the bottle, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package. And please do not forget to attach the pictures of the damage with your email.
